You will be able to track your parcel online within 12-48 working hours max.
COD(Cash on Delivery) shipments upto Rs 1,00,000/- is available to more than 2500 pincodes across India via our logistic partners.
In some cities where high value (Rs 20,000+) COD shipments are not possible you will receive a call from barishh.com team explaining and arranging other modes of secure payment like cash deposit in our bank account, cash pickup from your home, online payment etc.
Also note that in case of Cash on Delivery when you choose customized order like "making in ring/pendant" etc we might require a token advance before sending the shipment to address. We put a huge amount of effort to ensure manufacturing and then sending so its necessary to ensure this practice and we hope you will not mind.
Are there any hidden delivery charges?
We ship all across India and to 210+ countries across the globe. Shipping within India is always FREE (COD Charges of Rs 75 Will Apply in case you choose COD mode) and in case of International Shipping we charge a flat rate charge of Rs 1200 per order upto a weight of 800 grams. If your order total is above Rs 25000 you get free express shipping.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. If you have placed order of gemstone with silver/gold/copper making then it can an additional 3-4 days to ship so you will receive your order in about 7-9 days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 91-9555149149 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is sent to you with no additional cost. We will arrange the pickup of the parcel for you so that you do not have to incurr any extra cost. Just ensure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
